- Added Filters to the View Inventory page. Click “Filters” In the top right to change what items appear to you on that page. You will notice that the word “Filters” changes colors when there are filters selected. To clear filters, go back into the filters page and click “Reset” In the top left.
- Added personalized alerts when adding items. If your item has a notification it can be sent to the user when they inventory the item, this can be a customized message beyond the “Do Not Inventory” functionality
- Changed the facility chooser page so that the text can scale down for longer names
Changed the way the add item process works in the following ways
- Add Item Scan Fields can now be edited in the Settings -> Add Item Scan Field Preferences page.
- You can now select which field should perform the search for unverified assets
- Users can now change which field they are scanning during the add item process
- All scannable fields are searched on the server to look for potential matches
- If there is more than one match, all matches are returned in a list, allowing a user to select an item to continue the add item process with
- This list will also return which fields the item matched on
- If only one asset returns and it is unverified (The norm) then you will continue as normal
